Hi, I’m RoseMary and I am what Nell Stevenson calls a “Paleoista.” I have four children (three of them are triplets), two stepchildren, a husband and as assortment of pets. I am also an anesthesiologist, an exercise enthusiast, and paleo chef (at least my family thinks so).
This is my daughter Erins’ and my blog and we wanted to start this blog to talk about things important for staying happy, healthy, and active. We believe that these goals can be accomplished through diet and lifestyle and this is in our control. We want to share information and ideas with people who have these common interests.
